The lady working In The print shop this morning needs to work on her customer service skills. The eye roll, tone, and attitude to a simple polite question was not necessary.

The general manager, Chris was very helpful and friendly. He let me know about special deals for schools and gave me with a whole box of complementary stationary. I will definitely shop here again, it's nice to see business supporting local schools!

I was served by someone in training in the copy area to send out some parcels. It is hard having one of those labels on your name tag, but they did amazing. They were kind, courteous, and provided excellent service.

Linda in the print center was literally the best customer facing representative I have experienced in years, anywhere. I was blown away by her kindness and eagerness to help. She is special and should be taken care of at all costs!!!!!

I saw some good reviews, but I had a really bad experience… I was there for a combo deal advertised online, but the experienced manager refused to honour the advertisement.. I went to a different location and it was a simple sale with all the discounts..

Came to the store this morning ( March 3, 2020) at 9am because google says you are open at 9am. Came and was confused because the doors were open and it appear people were walking in but the sign in the door said 10am opening. There was a lady staff there and I wish I got her name. She was slim. She was very very rude... she brought down the entire store with her attitude and I do not recommend any one to use this store. I asked her if it’s 10 or 9 for opening time and she told me to read the sign and then she slam the door. She had a lot of attitude. I was so embarrassed and hurt to how she replied to a dimples question. Staff like this should be kept around the back and I will be looking for the manager and making a formal complaint.
