Dalgetty Village
Moved here 1 year ago with my boyfriend after we had our daughter we have a 2 bedroom. He has been here for 5 years. Very affordable rent. The inside is quite outdated but everything works. Iveta the manager is a very nice lady and helped my boyfriend during covid when we fell behind in the rent. Very nice place to live there was some bad renters selling drugs and someone was stabbed it was very scary but they are gone and everything is back to normal.

Dalgetty Village
My first day living in this apartment. It is my first apartment ever in Calgary. I prefer this style of apartment rather than tall sky scrapers. I havent ran into any neighbours yet.

Lovely location, friendly management, super convenient 5mins by walk to Co-op,Canadian Tire and YYC train station. Affordable rent price and a nice park with a playground just behind of the building. Loved this place!

Peaceful, quiet, friendly place. Iveta is the lovely manager, she helps me a lot, whenever I need something about my apartment. If there is something needs to be fixed, I call the management and she sends the handyman nthe day after. Never waited for anything. Also, laundry is super clean and specially these days due to Covid-19 pandemic, our building is extra clean and sterilized so often. I really like to live in Dalgetty Village.

Rented for 9 years. Parking lot plowed only 1-2 times in a canadian winter. Lock for main door into building doesn't always fully latch close. Washing machines frequently out of service or dirty. Sound insulation inadequate.
