I own a dog, although I love him a lot but he just keep staining my carpet and I just can’t clean it in a perfect way. But, Eagle springs has made my job easier and now whenever my carpets gets dirty I call them.

I spoke with Gord, the owner, about having a simple 10x12 square carpet cleaned for my apartment. He wasn't great with communication but I understand people are busy. I also got the vibe he didn't really want to take the job. 3 minutes before the appointment he called to say that he already had to drive back to Squamish to fix something and that he wanted to switch to tomorrow. I asked him why he's calling right when he was supposed to show up rather than earlier as the apartment has been completely upended to accommodate the cleaning. He then quickly replied with, find someone else then" and hung up. He was looking for an excuse to bail rather than straight up say that he didn't want to do the job.I obviously can't comment on the quality of carpet cleaning but I can comment on what I perceive to be someone who will waste your time if doesn't feel like a small job is worth his.I suggest a hard pass on Eagle Springs and find someone else."

I was ready to pull my carpets up because they have years of dirt in them. My husband wanted to try and clean them before we pulled them up and wow. Eagle carpet cleaners made them look perfect. They got all the stains and dirt out and saved us so much work!

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning you can find in Squamish! Gord was personable, professional and went above and beyond as far as quality of work. We have some new carpet and some old carpet, (which I did not have much hope for coming clean, but it looks amazing!). Cannot recommend this service enough, great price as well!
