I finally found a trustworthy mechanic in the area!Took my car in to check out after the car making some noises. The guys at Ozlo's showed me the issue, fixed the noise, showed me a broken sway bar that was probably broken for a while and replaced it with no hassle. Price was fair and they didn't mind showing me underneath my car and made some recommendations on what to consider in the future. They even checked my rear brakes, which a dealership told me i needed done, and showed me that they still got plenty of life left in them.Easily coming here again in the future for all my car issues and maintenance.

Brought in my car to check engine light. They kept the car overnight. Called next day asking for $200 (as per the owner he should have charged $400). Said they spent 4.5 hrs to find what’s wrong which doesn’t make any sense. After long conversation I told him I am not paying more than $100 and he hung up on me. Very poor experience - just don’t go there.

I decided to try this shop recommended from a family member awhile back. My warranty required oil changes from a licensed shop so I booked an appointment. I waited over an hour my first oil change but the guys were personable. My next oil change I waited a week to get in. I dropped it off early and waited all day just to get a call at 4pm saying they couldn't get it done because a pos Honda had the wrong parts sent twice yet there was mysteriously no Honda on a hoist. I live on Hamilton mountain and this wasn't convenient. I decided to give them another shot on a bigger job just to hear they're closed till August 20th for an extended vacation. Sorry guys, 3rd strike you're out.

Excellent. Fair price, quality work, great to deal with. After turning my own wrenches for 20 years I'm retiring. Tough to find a trust worthy mechanic, if you live in Binbrook/stoney creek/ Hamilton mountain this is your place.Go with confidence.

After living in Binbrook since 1970, I went to Oslos for a vehicle inspection certificate because my regular shop could not get me in. Oslos found a defective third brake light, and allowed me to fix it myself. They did not upsell or do any theatrics to get more business, and I got the certificate no problem.

I have been dealing with Ozlos for many years and the experience is always very positive! They are always welcoming and do there best to recommend the services necessary to keep my vehicle in excellent working condition. I have never had a better mechanic. They're kind and talkative. They take the time to explain and they try their best to keep the price minimal. I was present when two were talking and they spent 20 minutes trying out how to save her money.They greeted me kindly. They didn't speak down to me for being uneducated.I absolutely fell in love with these guys. I'll never go anywhere else. I've never been so happy with a mechanic!
