ISE Ltd (Island Surveying & Engineering)

I reached out to ISE Ltd in January of 2022 looking to get a survavy done. I was directed to call back 2 months later. I did and we scheduled the survavy to be completed when the snow melted. I was told they would call when it was completed. Didn't hear anything so I followed up in June. I was assured it wouls be completed in the coming weeks. I reached back out the beginning of July, my number was taken and they would look into it and call me back. I called back 3 weeks later to a different woman answering saying she would have to look into it and get back to me, which she did survavy was goi ng to be done within 10 days. One month later I haven't heard anything so we have went with Bernard Surveys who has been amazing to deal with!

September 2020: I needed copies of the plan for work that they'd done for me back in 2010, called them and requested two copies. He said they'd have them ready for me. I asked what the charge would be and was told that there would be no charge. I asked him how he liked his coffee and later this week I'll go in with a couple of coffees and pick up my plans. Quite excellent service and consideration for someone that they haven't heard from since 2010. I am well pleased.
