Bone & Biscuit

My family and I have been coming here for about a year now. Was pleased with the service and products but unfortunately Laurie dropped the ball. The one time I have an issue with a product I bought, I brought back frozen Raw cat food that the vacuum seal had let go on. Half the box was good but the other half was discolored and freezer burnt due to the vacuum seal letting go. Laurie tries to tell me this is normal and that there is nothing wrong with the product. She tells me to feed it to my cat still. Really?? After going back and forth over the validity of her product she tells me that she will do an exchange this time and this time only. Maybe I need to look into a different cat food if I don't like the current one. It has nothing to do with me not liking the product but everything to do with me getting what I paid for Laurie. Customers are hard to gain but easy to lose. You should remember that.

Have been a loyal customer to Laurie for a few years now and am beyond happy with the service I always receive. She is very knowledgeable and always happy to offer advice and guidance especially when it comes to nutrition, natural remedies and overall health. Her love for animals is unmatched and she only carries the best products. Thanks for everything you do Laurie ❤️

Laurie, Liz and all of the staff at Bone and Biscuit are extremely knowledgeable and always very helpful with all of our questions. We take our Aussie who is nervous of strangers for visits and they are always welcoming. Remus is so spoiled with kindness here, and it is always such a positive experience. This is by far our favourite and go to store for our pets needs.

I call the owner Laurie the dog whisperer. She is extremely knowledgeable and the only person I trust with questions about my late dog and now my new puppy. I have been to the store numerous times already and both Laurie and the staff have my puppy set up with a healthy diet and yummy treats! You can be confident that you will always be treated with professionalism and care at this Bone and Biscuit.

Liz and Owen have been absolutely amazing! I have two cats, one who is 15lbs and one who is an astonishing 22lbs. They helped me switch my cats from kibble to a super healthy raw food diet. I was hesitant at first because I have heard mixed things about raw food for cats but this has been the best decision I have ever made for my babies. The large cat is loosing weight and she is more active than ever. She is cuddling and seeking out attention again like she used to before her weight gain. And both cats have such soft fur. This store helped save my cat. They are so patient and just want whats best for your pet. They go above and beyond! Please try the raw diet and please go talk to these wonderful employees if you need help!

I had an amazing experience shopping at Bone & Biscuit. Laurie was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. And of course Hazel is always happy when we get to stop it. Thanks Laurie and your team for always being there.

We love a visit to Bone and Biscuit, to stock up on our favourite treats and toys… oh yeah and healthy food! Laurie’s team (and Laurie) are amazing (smart/knowledgeable/kind) and the store has everything a spunky pup or handsome cat could ever want or need!

Awesome place Laurie and her staff are so helpful ! My girl had tummy trouble and we got her on a healthy diet of smack and some probiotics to help her tummy and she's doing wonderfully now !

Brooklyn our 1 1/2 year Yellow Lab was suffering last fall with horrific allergies! Her eyes were red and the fur very thin around them. Her paws were gnawed and raw! Liz helped us start a regiment of products to support the medication from the vet. Her allergies are not present and no more toxic meds. We continue with natural safe products for her general health and well being.

The staff here are amazing!! I went in looking for a harness to stop my dog from pulling and they recommended one and sized it to my dog. On top of that they showed me how to walk with him and gave me tips. Liz spent about 30 minutes with me and was really friendly, providing advice without making me feel bad about what I was doing. The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable on raw food and holistic natural supplements so if you’re considering that for you pup, I would definitely go here. Wilbur and I felt like we were in great hands and we will be back!
