I recently had a flood in my kitchen which leaked through the floor and into the garage. After speaking with my insurance company, Belfor immediately came to my rescue. I can not say enough wonderful things about Mel and his team. Right from our first meeting to every single interaction there after, whether it was in person or on the phone, Mel was extremely personable, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. I was also very pleased with the repairs done to my kitchen island, floors, baseboards, and garage ceiling. Fantastic job! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Belfor team!!

The process of deal with water damage from upstairs could be a nightmare, but with the help from Belfor the experience can be so much easier. Matt and his team responses very quick and was able to be on the site the same day they got the estimate request, also started the scheduling right away when they got the permit from the city. They were able to repair the whole bathroom and hallway drywall, ceiling and flooring within 2 weeks right on the schedule. Matt is very patient with all the questions we have during the process and always responses ASAP. Would definitely recommend their service.

Mel is just the best. We had some water ingress in our basement that caused some flooding damage. He was very thorough and kind. He saved us a lot of money and was very real with us about what needed to be done and the cost value analysis was excellent. The service was prompt as he arrived extremely quickly after our call. Mel is an extremely knowledgeable individual who is keen on helping people. A rarity among contractors. Thanks so much for all of your help! Will for sure be calling you when we have any future problems!

We had a tree come down on our roof due to a wind storm which subsequently shoved my husband’s radio antenna through the roof and my bathroom and bedroom wall. Mel and his team at Belfor were there asap. They assessed the situation quickly and professionally and were on top of the job immediately. Everyone that entered our home were considerate and professional. Mel made things happen which considering we were right in the middle of the pandemic was amazing! 5 ⭐️ rating over here. In addition Mel managed to find someone to repair the radio antenna.

My insurance company hired them to get a quote to repair our driveway. The payout was 2400, and now I can’t find any contractor to do the work for even close to that. When pressed they said the repair at that price would be impossible.

I never heard of the company before but all I can say is they are “a diamond in the rough”. They quickly came out and fixed my water soaked ceiling, replaced the texture like a pro and I was amazed at the clean up job. So much popcorn ceiling dust and after their clean up the house was spotless. Highly recommend and big shout to Darren for the great work on the ceiling.

We were directed to Belfor by our insurance adjuster for building repairs following an out of control vehicle. While we've had mixed experiences in these kinds of situations with other contractors, working with Belfor and our local site supervisor Mel were a decidedly positive experience. They maintained good communication, including through trying times during the local forest fires, they worked well with our own site personnel, were respectful of our commercial building tenants, and importantly did quality work maintaining our building’s standards. I can recommend the Belfor team for your next ‘emergency’ repair. P.
