They got slammed first day and did a good job there was a wait on rice so i just got the kids build your own instead.They gave me a decent portion but most chipotles give me much more usually.The beans were spicier than normal but the barbacoa was delicious ! As well as the guac and queso dip and chips !

Finally a new restaurant/fast food place that’s not mostly Asian in Richmond!Always as with the other locations, good food and good service. Preordered and it was already ready and waiting by the time I came to pick up.

Do not order here. Barely any food in burrito bowl. Even paid extra for double meat meat and requested extra rice. I guess extra means half at this location.here’s a photo of what my bowl looked like when i opened it. i recommend you do not order from here if you want to eat food

Went in 40 minutes before closing on the 1st day. Asked for extra rice and beans but they barely put any in, they also ran out of romaine..how… Lady worker also tried to deny my voucher for a birthday guacamole gift I had until a manager stepped in and accepted it. Cashier also overcharged me for an extra steak bowl and yet again; manager had to step in and refund me. Very disappointed in the portion sizes and lack of communication towards the customer, first day and all but I really hope something changes before I decide to re-visit

I now know why this Chipotle only has 2.6 stars. How can you go wrong with Chipotle? It’s so standardized!Turns out, staff here are so stingy!!! You want salsa? Sure, here’s a tablespoon full to go with that burrito bowl. You want cheese? Sure, here’s a sprinkle of it.

Worst chipotle store ever, now I get why this store rating is 2.4! I understand the line up is super long but it only take 10 seconds to order, before the servers get my choice clearly, they have already put rice/meat in the bowl. Also the packaging is dirty, overall the food as always but poor service!

Awesome to see one of my favorite mexican grills to open in Richmond! Love the food here and so happy to have one close to home. This location brand new very clean , ingredients very fresh, awesome selections on drinks and I'm always in for any burrito bowls!

Portion sizes are huge now, literally the most I've had compared to other chipotles. They even asked if there was enough toppings. Staff was super friendly. I'm pretty sure they've listened to the criticism. Nice to see a chipotle in Richmond now!

I am very disappointed with portions compared to other locations.It's such a shame that I paid for 2 bowls with all the toppings, and what I received were 2 bowls that were hardly half filled! JUST COMPARE MY PIC WITH THE ONE UPLOADED FROM THE RESTAURANT! Where is the meat, salsa, or even rice? Looks like some salad with cheese on it.

Always enjoy some Chipotle. I do agree that it seems this location does not give you as much as others. Other than that, I have no issues and will return. Nice to have something healthy and not so far away from the core.
