I am extremely upset with the service I received. I dropped my brand new Pixel 7 Pro and shattered the screen (no warranty, lesson learned), so I took it to the Commercial Drive location right when they opened to see if they would be able to fix the screen that day (Saturday). Originally, he told me it likely won’t be ready until Monday. I said that was fine, I would just take my phone back and check with the place up the street. He still had my phone behind the desk and then changed his tune telling me he could have it fixed by 6pm. I should have politely declined but instead I trusted him. Plus he wouldn’t give my phone back…When I picked up the phone at 6pm he had replaced the screen, but with another faulty screen with a giant green vertical line across it and he tried to tell me that the line “will go away by tomorrow, and if it doesn’t, just bring it back Monday and I will order another screen and replace it for you” At this point I was extremely frustrated but I needed my phone so I said I would wait to see and had him write me out a receipt stating that this is the case and that if I brought it back he would not charge me.Of course, by the next day the line was still there, and I also noticed that my fingerprint scanner had disappeared - it was not even listed in my settings anymore. I called him to let him know and he told me he would fix and to bring it back Monday. I work Monday-Friday 9-5:30 so I said I would leave work early and bring it by Monday at 5:30.On Monday at 5:15pm AFTER I had left work early to be able to get to them before they closed, they called to say the screen had not arrived. We then had to arrange for me to come Wednesday.I finally get there on Wednesday and he replaces the screen and adds a screen protector he said was worth $25 for the inconvenience. (It literally popped off my phone before I even got to the corner - it wasn’t even stuck on properly)Then, AFTER he gives me the phone back, he informs me that Pixel 7 Pro phones no longer will be able to support fingerprint scanners after the screens get replaced, but there is an app I can install, but he had no idea what it was and told me to google it. Oh, I googled it…… He installed a non-google-approved screen which is why it won’t work and then charged me $369 for it. The ones approved by google that specifically say that the fingerprint scanners will work are $275 online. I can only imagine that this screen they gave me was cheap and I just got ripped off. This company scammed me and will likely scam you. DO NOT GO HERE.

The best customer service also very straightforward and very fair. I would have to say for a pre-active person and business. I’d be more than happy and possibly always gonna be coming to him.

Their Facebook marketplace were deceptive about having available iPhone 12s in multiple colors that were nearly new without any marks or defects. In actuality, they only had one phone that was damaged and had scratches all over its body, including the lenses. When I requested a phone in new condition, as I originally asked for, they began to shout at me. They write good reviews about themselves, and the only real reviews are the negative ones.

Fast cell is very good service! local company that I have taken many of my broken phones too. He was kind enough to fix my phone in an hour and stayed late with me to deal with all the things I needed. Bilal was the man who has helped me many times and he was such a treat! highly recommend and the prices are reasonable!
