Remarkably unprofessional staff of three are totally ignoring myself and my son, currently. We are listening to trash talk about crushes, flirting, etc ....Just came from a great experience at Pseudio where the staff actually provided customer service. Please have the owner reach out to me by providing contact info in the reply.Otherwise I can pursue this matter in another way by contacting someone higher up.The behaviour witnessed today needs to be addressed. It is April 18th at about 330pm.Not even any acknowledgement as we left!

Staff was great ,not pushy and bought my grandson some great stuff.

Excellent clothing store to shop at. Clothing is very well priced and fits in my budget. I found the staff to be very welcoming as wellI was greeted by two staff members who were very helpful as I tried on clothes.Definitely recommend for anyone looking to save money on clothing!!

Awesome place to get clothes staff very nice whenever i go there. I was getting shirts and didn't realize i grabbed one small by accident, and the staff at check out realized this and helped me grab another in my size.

I was in Saturday and needed some help, the store manager was very helpful and very kind. She helped me find a birthday gift for my boyfriend and suggested a long board which I wouldn't have thought of, but he ended up loving it. I'll be back to get a long board for myself!

Great hip trendy clothes. Great staff, and apparently the only place in Barrie where I can get the jeans I like.

This was an awesome store to shop for my son. Whether it be clothes or shoes, Hats or Hoodies I was always served with a great deal of respect from every staff member and the Store Manager.I am saddened to hear that West is no longer in Barrie. This will mean travel and thus an increased cost to do business with West. I do hope that you can find a location in Barrie that will be cost effective and will re open soon with the same staff. Excellent location and Excellent Staff always. This was a store to be proud of. missing them all.I will say that I called the Corporate Head Office in Canada for West49 and dealt with a young lady who was way beyond RUDE. I hope to NEVER have to hear her again and I hope she is educated in Customer Service as she sure did not give it to me. JH

Can never find my shoe size EVER. Been three times now. Not even picky about brand or style. They just say well that size 12 sells first". So you can't order more of the sizes that sell most???"

I have to say, West 49 was a huge skate shop and clothing store when I was in my twenties. I can joyfully say its still living up to its expectations.The thrasher hoodies and shirts are cheaper here than competitors pricing and I love the jean joggers as well. The shoes were a little bit scarce for selection but there was still quite a few.The long boards and completes were all very affordable as well. Alongside this I found the customer service to be good, the two girls working were very attentive and helped me whenever I needed assistance.
