got the medication I ordered in about 12-14 days. I place my orders to be sure I have more meds available when I ned them which takes into account the time from my order to when I received the medication

Terrible experience! I completed the online survey and forms then uploaded a copy of my prescription. A week later I received a phone call and spoke with a rep that she needed my prescription. I explained that I had uploaded it to the site as directed. She informed me it was not there and that I should email it. This conversation was on 1/23. I emailed my RX immediately and was also charged at this point. I assumed my drug was in process. She explained it would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive which would put me tight on my existing supply. 3 weeks later I received a call looking for my prescription!! I told the rep to cancel my order at this point, now I'm going to run out of my meds. I put in an online request to cancel my order as well. Then on February 19th I emailed again asking for a refund and cancelation. On February 21st I received an email apologizing that there was a glitch" and my Rx was found and since my order has now shipped

Don't do business with these people! I ordered Simparica Trio for my service dog and they sent me regular Simparica. I called to have the issue remedied, but they denied that the product came from them. I was actually post marked Australia and took 3+ weeks to arrive. After numerous conversations they are still denying me a refund for the wrong item they sent which is costing me almost $160!!! I had to get the heart worm meds elsewhere because they sent me the wrong medication and it was past my service dogs time for her heart worm meds. Terrible company!! Bunch of scammers and terrible customer service!!!

This was my first time ordering from you. Everything went along smoothly. I placed order on May 10th and it was delivered on May 26th. Because it was my first order there was a 5 day delay before it was actually shipped. Is it the same time frame when placing a refill order or does it ship sooner due to the fact that my prescription was approved for the first order and you have the prescription on file already. (I still have 3 refills left on the original prescription). I am so glad that I was referred by a friend who has been dealing with your pharmacy for over 4 years now and the fact that I was able to purchase a med for much less than the price if I had purchased it in the United States. When I am ready for a refill, I will contact you early enough so I don't have any cessation of treatment (to allow for the 10-20 day shipping time). I'm sure that my refill order will go as smoothly as my initial order did.

I finally received my prescription. Canada drugs direct staff were very helpful. The whole process took a very long time. I did save about 60% off the price in the U.S.

Thank you! I received my order. I haven't used it yet, as my previous inhaler hasn't run out. I intend to reorder after I've tried it...the savings is wonderful!
