Had the best service from one of the ladies a few weeks ago! She went above and beyond helping me with everything I needed! She was incredibly knowledgeable about every product I had questions about. All of the ladies in the store were so friendly and kind! Thank you so much!

Such a bad experience the two girls working didn’t bother helping any of the 4 women in the store and just talked about drinking and there plans behind the till. So ended up going to Victoria secret across the way and ended up purchasing so save the time and just go across the way for actual help!

I actually found a swimsuit that fit on the first try here! The staff was so helpful and was able to find me a lot of choices and I was able to find a couple of great one pieces that fit even with a long torso! Will definitely be back when I want another bathing suit!

Worst customer service ever. First they charged me extra and then i requested a refund, it took almost 1 hour fr them to do a refund. How abt hire people who know what they are doing.

It was not this location but if you call them for any help in any way, they will be snarky and rude, my girlfriend purchased a couple of items and was wondering if she could return one of them, we had NOT been offered a receipt nor were we informed of the final sale, when I asked the lady and let her know of those things she simply told me it was impossible and that it couldn’t have happened, they won’t help you in any way, rather they will just tell you that the issue you are having just isn’t happening, when we are currently experiencing it.

Rude, rude, rude…. I visited the store with my children and they were pretending to shop. They were looking through the clothes and a sales associate told them to not touch the clothes because they would make them dirty. Their hands were clean and they were not eating.Their clothing/lingerie line is not even high end. I hope their manager addresses this training issue. This will be the last time I buy anything from this brand. Way to spread the Christmas cheer.
