I am forever grateful to the Right at Home Home Care Ottawa team for providing my family with peace of mind regarding the well-being of our elderly parents. From the outset, Cheryl has been responsive and kind. She is a calming presence when life gets hectic and she skillfully manages to arrange regular visits as well as last minute care when the need arises. The RAH caregivers go above and beyond our expectations (shout-out to Megan) and are truly integral in allowing Mom and Dad to remain in their home. Thank you Right at Home Home Care Ottawa.

I needed someone to accompany me for my wisdom teeth removal, and having recently moved back, I had limited connections to rely on. So I requested Right at Home's services, and I had a nurse accompany me for that day. Carole, was very kind, patient and helpful. She drove me to the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, waited with me, took the instructions from the doctor, collected my prescriptions and drove me back to my place. I would recommend their services. Also, Thank you Cheryl for coordinating this service for me.

I highly recommend Cheryl and the Right at Home team in Ottawa! I want to thank them for all their help with my mom when my dad, her primary caregiver, had a medical emergency which required a stay in hospital, leaving my mom on her own at home. Cheryl responded within an hour of my call, followed up the same day on the phone with my mom, and then visited my mom the next day for an in-home assessment. She made arrangement for my mom to start receiving care the same day as her visit, and my mom really connected with her home care worker, Reem. I live out of province and really appreciated the feedback from Cheryl about how my mom was doing and all the care and support from Reem. Cheryl is very patient and experienced, she listened to my concerns and made recommendations for the care that my mom needed. She went above and beyond, answering my emails late into the evening so we could get care started as soon as possible. I cannot thank Cheryl, Reem and the Right at Home team enough for the care they gave to my mom during this challenging time and the piece of mind they gave to me – thank you!

Being shown love, few endeavors in life have this one task. Being taken care of by such a group of people. Managing the aspects of my life that are so different from that life I had before becoming unable to handle the importance of the little things. It's the little things, its in the details that make a difference.I wish to share these thoughts with those that understand. The need for love reaches well beyond a clean floor or some help with food preparation. It comes from those that face a daily task of making life easier for those that have difficulty in day to day life needs.Right at home has put forth exactly this. By doing so, Right At home staff have allowed me, in my rehabilitation process, the ability to make absolutely certain, my necessity of comfort in routines and control of my home responsibilities are met.I am on the right path three years into life as a paraplegic. We have used several attendant care service providers in Ottawa region for the past 8 years, Right at Home - Home Care Ottawa team is simply the best!They always put clients' needs first, well-trained and friendly personal support workers, their services are excellent.

Right at Home has been a godsend, for the past year ~ providing support which suits our needs perfectly. Their staff are friendly, competent and flexible. I highly recommend their services.

Our family member has required daily home care for the past 4 years. Right at Home Home Care is the third home care agency we have hired and is the one we will entrust with the care of our family member for the foreseeable future. For nearly two years they have ensured our family member is provided with healthy meals, assisted with daily hygiene requirements, provided companionship and support, assisted with laundry and housekeeping and ensure medications are taken and encourage daily rehabilitation therapies. Due to a TBI, our family member can be quite challenging and Right at Home Home Care has met these challenges and on numerous occasions have gone beyond their obligations to ensure our family member is taken care of and safe. Would we recommend Right at Home Home Care? ABSOLUTELY!!

During the past 2 months my parents have been set up with a very organized, trustworthy, and caring individual from Right at Home whom provides quality care and home cooked meals while interacting and taking care of their daily needs. Thanks to the staff from Right at Home, my parents are able to continue to stay in their own home longer.

The nursing from Right at Home is the greatest. My 94 year old Dad just move in a new residence (and we know change is big at this age), but having hooked up with the nurses at Right at Home has made my Dad's move pleasant. He just loves his new nurse ;) Continue your great service!

I had the privilege of having Cheryl, as my care coordinator, for the last year of ensuring my mother remained in her home. As the primary caregiver for my mom, and with many experiences with Home Care agencies, I would highly recommend Right at Home - primarily for the process it uses to get to know/ understand the client as well as the family member whom its care providers coming to the home must necessarily partner with to provide complete and dignified care.
