I phoned ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for and I was told that yes they had it. When I got there not only did the person who worked there didn't have a clue where things were but it turned out they didn't have what a drive all the way there for.

I dropped my puppy off for her first grooming experience. She came out very soft and seemed to enjoy the experience. I noticed something about my own experience and sent a note to inform the company. I received two responses and a phone call from the local manager. What I appreciated the most was how the situation was handled and that it was being viewed as an opportunity for growth for staff. I received an apology but most importantly, I was told, in not so many words, that I was valued as a customer, which was evident in the action taken to follow up with me. My dog and me will be returning.

I have held off writing a review due to the pandemic but this store has been mismanaged for years. I just stood in line while 1 person worked the cash and 4 others stood there talking. The stores debit/credit card machines still don’t accept a tap over $50 (something any store with leadership changed early on in the pandemic). This Petsmart is the dollar store (no offence to the dollar store) of pet stores here in Kingston. Places like Rens pets and Pet Value put this cluster of a store to shame.

Staff is unfriendly, slow, they hide from the customers and act like you are not even there and when you finally do get the staffs attention they seem annoyed when you ask for assistance, they go out of their way to act Superior and condescending. This place has zero customer service. Better places in town.

Yea so PetSmart has an ad up right now that says if you buy any Hills pet food Hills will donate $1 to PetSmart charities.Well I went and bought some Hills pet food the other day and the cashier added a $1 donation onto my bill WITHOUT asking me. I noticed after I got home. So basically instead of the company donating money PetSmart is scamming their customers into doing it. Thanks for that.

Excellent Nail grind. My Black lab has very dark nails. They where able to trim them nice and short, without nicking the quick. Thanks and we will be back.

Pretty good service. Their stock is not always full, but their staff is friendly. Usually willing to go the distance and find final answers to issues or problems. I was looking for a new lamp for my tank, and they didn’t have the right one, but I grabbed one anyways and they’ll be getting more forMe. Pretty good service all around.
