I have been a student of Master Lal for over 3 years now. I came as with little to no knowledge of martial arts (Filipino or other) and very out of shape.The team at AMA is amazing, with their guidance and teaching I was able to shed over 50lbs and am in better shape than ever before. I have developed a new appreciation for Martial Arts and would recommend this Class to everyone of all ages and skills level!Thank you AMA!

The entire staff at AMA have been supportive and professional for the many years that my son has been attending. He started with zero experience and issues focusing. Now he is a brown belt with goals to be a black belt. His focus on and off the mats has improved 10fold and I have no shortage of support from Master Lal and his team. He wants to know how school and other aspects of life are going because he understands one impacts the other.... Incredible team. HIGHLY recommend

Of all the organized sports my kids have been involved in over the years, AMA is by far the best. They are committed, professional but, most importantly, they make us (the parents) and the student a part of their school and their family. You can tell they are in this for all the right reasons; having a positive and lasting impact on our kids. My teen son, despite all the turmoil of the last year (covid..) is engaged and committed. :)

My daughter just completed the one week trial at AMA and we couldn't be happier. She felt comfortable right from the get-go. As I watch the classes, I see that all of the students are engaged and are having fun, all the while learning new skills. I look forward to my daughter's continued participation in this program.
