Best thing is propane is delivered without me asking. They always notify me via email before they deliver. Drivers are very nice and quick.

Too many issues to list. Took a month to hear back from the office in regards to filling my empty tanks in the middle of winter. Terrible communication. Overcharging. The installation staff(Henry) is miserable and hates his job has nothing but complaints about the operation. I should have cancelled after I met him. Go with Waterloo county propane they have been excellent to deal with!

Service from Guelph Dispatch was amazing! The driver was so courteous, he even moved my amazon package under my porch overhang as he saw it on my step getting wet in the rain while he was filling my propane! Little gesture means so much to this widow. A step beyond!!

I was promised a propane delivery for January 26th prior to going away so I wouldn’t have to make arrangements for extra snow removal. Then I was told it was delayed but would be there on or before February 7th. I asked to be notified when they will deliver because I have to make arrangements for snow to be cleared. It’s February 8th, I still haven’t heard anything either way. Now I keep having to pay for snow removal for a potential delivery someday.

Our gauge on our tank was broken and we ran out of propane. Superior came out quickly to refill and arranged to replace the gauge as well. I was very happy with their service.
