Dr sandhu was our family doctor while he was working on we care medical clinic in Surrey. So our family documents moved from we care to carvoth, my husband is consulting him and took in person appointment several time in carvolth clinic .When I took in person appointment they confirmed and I took day off from work drove Surrey to Langley .when I reached in clinic they said Dr sandhu is not your family doctor. It's only for your husband. There they mistakenly took appointment and they cancelled when I reached in clinic. I lost half day off and waste of time. Reception staff tried to consult with doctor and finally they said doctor won't allow to consult . Totally ridiculous and money minded .waste of time

A nice new pharmacy and clinic. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff. Good for people who have to take transit as Carvolth Exchange is just opposite of the clinic! Amazing people!Highly recommended!

New, clean and tidy, convenient location, Dr. Sandhu is friendly and listen to my concern, pharmacy just in the same place, good service and fast.

Disgusted. When did being a doctor become all about the money. I had a fire at my house yesterday and in desperate need for a sleep apnea machine. Something I need a prescription for. I went into this clinic basically begging to have the doctor see me as this is a legitimate emergency as I have severe sleep apnea. I was basically told tough luck we refuse to do anything for you as we arent taking anymore clients.Even though the office was empty and open for another hour. You should be ashamed of yourself. Completely and utterly glutinous.

Family practice. Not accepting walk in. Receptionist is nice.
