From the very first handshake to signing the completion papers, Ped did his job and did it extremely well. Not only did Ped sell our place in a very short time, he became a friend. He was professional yet very personable. Because we were moving into the Interior, Ped was unable to help us look for a home but through him, we found a great Realtor. We just can’t thank Ped enough and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

In the choosing of my new home Ped was very helpful in noticing criteria (that I overlooked) that stood out for him as an experienced person in the business, which helped me out a lot in choosing my new home. On the selling of my condo, he went out of his way to ensure that I received the price target I was looking for. I will always be grateful for that. In terms of scheduling, Ped definitely went out of his way to work around my work days to do showings at my condo or to go out and look at listings that fit my criteria.
