I’d give no star if I can, ordered my flat white in app to pick up, estimate time to pick up is 10 am and 20 mins later I have to asked where is my order, the cashier just told me she just saw my order, so I have to wait inline until they can make it. I do understand it was a busy morning for them but that was her mistake and she had no any effort to fix it, unacceptable.

Initially thought being at the heart of the city would be a great place. I ordered flat white and wasn’t as good as other branches offer. More disappointing thins was this branch has very limited seats, a lot of people were waiting and finished there drinks while waiting to someone to leave and empty a space.

Very quick service, highly recommend to use mobile order through the app since it’s packed in the morning. Drink was cold and perfect as always! Smaller location, clean facility, no complaints!

The worst customer service at this store on my birtbday, when I was trying to redeem a sandwich. An associated didnt have an information on what was eligable for redeeming and instead of asking a manager or checking, she neglected me as a customer, rudely telling me to step aside so she could take another customer. And then when I was checking my email, she told me “show me what you got” and the brushed me off with “it doesnt matter, its not getting us anywhere”. My time as a customer also matters and I expect a friendly service that values me, not this kind of rude efficiency. This is not a conveyour belt and there are many other coffeeshops where I could go.

Great location for a refreshing midday caffeine boost ! Enjoyed the ease of ordering and getting the right combinations done perfectly by the friendly barista… u can never go wrong with Starbucks!!!

The batista was AMAZING (I wish I grabbed her name). She would shout out the order they were working on so you knew what was coming next.They were super efficient and friendly... even when customers weren't.

Since this starbucks is close to where i workI usually go hereLast time ‘David’ was making my drink and there was no milk in it and he literally emptied like 2 jugs of milk with last drops remainingBecause this is my regular drinkHe just messed up my drinkMy gosh never get your drink from him

I order from this location very often and It's always such a pleasant experience! All of the staff is super nice, quick and efficient! They always take the time to greet people and ensure everyone gets their order in a timely manner and are always polite no matter how busy it gets! Special shout out to Jeff for always being so friendly!

I’m a Barista from New Brunswick visiting for Beyonce’s world tour, the Barista’s at this location have been AWESOME!Both Mannpreet and Pooja were nothing but completely sweethearts, both of them making time to talk to me and ask me about the concert both mornings I went in for coffee!
