Clean room, awesome gym,rec room this pool even has a steam sauna. Some rust happening from the steam sauna but nothing crazy oh and the door to it is busted. But it still closed.A Very clean place. As for it has been completely renovated and all the rooms I've been to here have been very good.

Really nice option for a hotel while in Grande Prairie. Clean modern rooms. I was very surprised that it was also very quiet. Parking is a struggle and the in-house restaurant could use some improvements to the staff and food quality. That being said I went for a clean quiet room and I got that. I will probably stay here again but dine elsewhere.

Location was great, family-friendly, lots to do between the pool & rec room, which was awesome. The rooms were nice & clean. In the lobby it was a little bit heavy on the fragrance (from mopping?).The food was tasty & reasonably priced, however, service was rather slow which was a common downside amongst the hockey team parents we came with.

This hotel is beautiful. One of the nicest 'airport hotels' I have ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as was the bathroom. The food at the restaurant off the lobby was great for both dinner and breakfast, however our breakfast service was considerably slower than we would have liked. I understand a morning rush but they took 30 minutes to get us our check despite numerous requests. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Booked the king-size room on the main floor. It was massive and lots of space for the kids. Down fall, there were only 2 towels and face clothes, but there were 4 of us, as there was a folding couch in the room. The area is great with underground parking but not a lot of parking up top. It was very hard to find a parking spot for a larger truck after 6 pm.The pool was super cold, but nice with the water slide. The hot tub was nice and warm!It would be nice if they offered a continental breakfast to eat and go, especially with kids.Overall experience was good.

Very friendly front counter staff. Like notably go out of their way to be friendly and inviting. Nice work to the Delta team. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Definitely one of the better hotel experiences in Grande Prairie. The Marriott Bonvoy app is a seamless experience and makes booking easy. Rates are usually just as good or better on the app as well. Recommend.

I would give 3.55 stars but since Google is rigid about their ratings, I'll go with 4 stars. However, this will be a teaching moment for this hotel.Let's start with the good:Walk-in showers. Now, I've started seeing this in other hotels as well, but it baffles me that it took hotels this long to realize how much water they'd probably save by eliminating tubs (I mean, who is bathing in a hotel tub? Gross.) Nice spacious bathroom and excellent shower. I also liked the hand pump soap options in the shower. WAY less waste than having little hotel soaps/shampoo.The bed was great. Not much to say about that.I really liked the blackout curtain. It was basically a vertically retractable blackout sheet which is better than the hanging curtain style. The power outlets include USB ports. The mini fridge was hidden in a cabinet, but I found it.The hot tub and steam room were good. The cleaning staff were super friendly in the halls and would offer their assistance without any fuss. Now for the parts that weren't great:There was a massive dog barking a few rooms down. Fortunately it wasn't a problem at night, but some people might be taking naps during the day and that would have been brutal. I mean, this was not a small dog. You could tell it was a German Shepherd type. And he/she was losing their mind. Even the people I was with, both dog owners, said it was not cool. The elevators seemed to time out, making you stand there wondering what was happening after you press a button to request an elevator. Sometimes I'd have to press the button again, and the door would just open. Worse, there were times when we'd be in an elevator and it would start to shudder badly like it was struggling to remain on track or something. Service your elevators. There is no free breakfast (they do not lead one to believe there is, so that's ok). However, a few things need to be addressed here. The first morning, I ordered three sides (I don't eat eggs). Hashbrowns, toast and sausages. The hashbrowns were awesome. I'm 100% certain they are the Cavendish brand that I buy in stores, but that's fine. They came in a bowl. No butter on the table though. The sausages were browned on one side, like they were kind of an afterthought. And they weren't very good. The toast was good. The Nutella packet I opened was separated, which I figured just needed a quick stir until I realized one side of it was very hard, like it had been there for months on end without being replaced. So the other piece of toast got blueberry jam, which was pretty desiccated (it would curl up over the knife when trying to spread it). Again, probably been sitting there a long time. Second morning, I ordered bacon instead of sausages, but still hashbrowns and toast. This time the hashbrowns came on a plate, leading me to believe I got more hashbrowns this time than last time. And a side of ketchup, which means the procedures are inconsistent in that kitchen. Also, the two slices of toast were different thicknesses. Think Texas Toast vs regular bread toast. My friend got the same thing with his toast. When I went to use blueberry jam, THIS time it wasn't even possible to use it. It had the consistency of fruit leather. I'm not exaggerating. I could only dent it with my knife. So I went for the marmalade and the generic strawberry jams and they were fine. You're going to need to get on those jams, replacing them more regularly. Attention to detail is absolutely key to running a hotel.I walked searched in vain looking for a vending machine. There were none. Weird. While checking out, I noticed a commercial fridge full of pop that was partially hidden from view unless you were standing at the front desks. Why? Makes absolutely no sense. One thing about the swimming pool area - no towels when we got in there at noon. I needed to bring up when cleaning staff walked into that area. Again, attention to detail. Also there was a jube jube (gummy) beside my bed on the floor. Wasn't mine. I noticed it on the third day. A child could have eaten that. What if it was a THC gummy?

We recently stayed at the Delta Hotel in GP. Due to overbooking, we were not able to check in until almost 16:00, which left me in a weird place to take some important work calls. The staff were polite and informative given the circumstances, but was a bit of a pain for us and our plan. I really liked that our pet-friendly room had laminate/tile rather than carpet-- such a good idea :) I dropped some stars from the review for the room because the air circulation/ventilation system was REALLY REALLY loud. Like have to turn the TV up to nearly full volume just to hear it over the fan/air noise. If you need white noise to fall asleep I guess this is a bonus for you. Not sure if I would stay again- might try some other options in the vicinity.

Julie at check in is very helpful and welcoming. While no club lounge here, they do have an elite pantry which does the job quite nicely. Many Deltas don't have either these days so this was nice. Great large king room with lots of space. Very clean and modern hotel.
