Ampos Orthopaedics

We came to Ampos for my wife's custom Ankle Foot Orthosis. We were highly recommended this place since we never had to deal with this kind of store in our lives and not knowing exactly what to expect.We met with Ralhp and his colleague for our appointment and we were impressed by how knowledgeable and professional they are. I felt confident my wife was in good hands.When we went back a few weeks later to take delivery, no issues whatsoever and perfectly fitted.We highly recommend them.

My father-in-law came all the way from B.C. just to get help with his shoes: he needed custom-made shoes with specific details and the people here were not only extremely gentle and kind to him, but also provided quality work and made him feel understood and safe. We definitely recommend them, I know if he was able to write a review he would go on about how great they are. Thanks again!

Booked in and waited over a month for my appointment for my custom molded AFO brace. Day of my appointment they tell me that I was never booked and I'd have to wait at least another 20 days for an appointment. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never use Ampos or recommend their services to anyone. Avoid at all costs, especially if you're in urgent need.

I being in the hospitality industry know what it means to have good customer service. I just want to reach out and say that my experience with Ampos has been terrific. Conscientious, helpful, and very professional in all aspects of the visit including COVID safety. They went above and beyond what I have normally experienced in being fitted for orthotics and I would thoroughly recommend them. I want to thank Karen, Chris and Melissa for taking very good care of me. They will definitely have my business in the future.
