The School House Academy Daycare

Such a beautiful and amazing centre! My child absolutely loved her time in the preschool room and visiting all the different activity centres throughout the day! The teachers and administrative staff were so supportive and wonderful to us during our time here! I’d highly recommend this centre!

My children have been going here for almost three years now. It's absolutely hands-down unbeatable. The staff are always stellar and the facilities are exceptional. The communication between the daycare and the family is prompt and respectful. The staff have created an incredibly nurturing environment and my kids love going here each morning. Leaving a child with someone is stressful and difficult, but rest assured that The School House Academy is the best option Windsor has to offer.

Honestly disappointed with response. I have tried reaching them for consecutive 2 weeks , phone was answered 4 times and everytime , neither confirming or saying about available spots , they say will get back tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes and even after parents calling back, they specifically leave phone looking at followup calls!!!...this is truely unprofessional at a high scale. I think they are either thumping with fake reviews or non-professional people at this centre brining the name down....but SAY YES WE HAVE SPOTS OR NO WE DON;T , NO ANSWERING CALLS IS VERY BAD ATTITUDE

My daughter has been attending for over a year. The toddler and preschool program is amazing (our family hasn't yet utilitized the infant or school age rooms). The staff are kind and compassionate. I'm grateful that I can go to work knowing my daughter is happy, safe, and having fun!!

We are so lucky to have found this daycare! My son had bad separation anxiety and quite sensitive in nature. The staff took such a good care of my son. After initial couple weeks of struggle, he loved going to daycare everyday. Special thanks Ms. Joanne, Ms. Andrea and Ms. Margery for always assuring well being of my baby :)

The Teachers are Absolutely Fantastic! The Owner however is absolutely disrespectful and horrible. Our child went there last year and we always paid but if we were even a day late she would tell us that our child couldn't attend. We would always here different things from the office regarding payments and then from Kaitlyn the Owner something totally different.We are not saying don't send your child there were saying make sure you get all the correct information because it seemed that Kaitlyn doesnt communicate with her staff properly and that creates mixed messages then you and your child has to suffer because of it. And don't be late paying your bill she will kick your child out until its paid in full.

A beautiful place but I have been calling them for a spot for my daughter because we had a tour and they said they have several spots available so I waited but no one called me back and I called 3 times and they kept saying they'll call back but they did. They should stop falsely advertising that they have available spots when they don't.

The staff, admin staff, and the owners go above and BEYOND! Walking through the daycare you see so many different activity centres. You can tell they really care and it makes you feel more at ease knowing when you leave your kids will have a blast! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

My daughter was born in the middle of the pandemic, and unfortunately this meant she had zero socializing experience. She'd play strange with everyone. When she turned 6 months we decided to enrol her The School House Academy's infant program, and what a difference it made!It's been 1 month and she's comfortable meeting new people (from a distance of course) and doesn't have so much separation anxiety. She has also developed many skills due to the sensory activities provided by the wonderful staff and Keeping up" with the older children. She is now an expert at using the pincer grip (ow)
