Lots of useful supplies on the go. Lots of people coming and going. Yet, wouldn't say 'busy'. Multitude of services and products. Not bad for a gas STN.

Very, very overpriced... although a massive selection in-store... Would never gas up here unless it was an emergency... Staff are generally quite polite and prompt..

Absolutely horrible service by the South east Asian (Indian?) lady. She does not come with the required soft skills for customer service.Before I was helped, she rolled her eyes at the customer in front of me. I don't know the entire situation or context except that the customer was trying to use a credit card which was provided by his friend on the phone. Her distaste was evident - written all over her face.When it was my turn, I intended to use my Shell app to pay but was told that while the gas is Shell, the shop wasn't and therefore did not accept the Shell app. That's okay.She asked for the amount I wanted to prepay before giving her by AirMiles and I told her $50. She seemed to have display a less than amused face by my response. After the transaction was complete, she begrudgingly thanked me in a low voice but in a way that seemed forced. I suppose if it's not a Shell store, that's the type of customer service offered. Severely disappointed because of this one worker.

Fair parking capacity for big trucks.... Good staff, McDonald, Subway and TacoBell in the same area.

Premium gas was 40 cents more expensive per litre than the one by my house. Saved 16 bucks on my tank by just waiting until I got closer to home.

Gas pumps are due for an upgrade. Hit or miss on which machine will provide a receipt or have the gas filler lock into place until the tank is full. Staff has always been friendly when you have to go in and ask for a receipt though.
