It's so great to see more zero-waste options in Regina! I no longer live here but it felt good knowing I'm not short of options when I happen to visit. Lots of brands and products you'd expect to see (Oneka, Elate, and Be Kind, to name a few).

I really liked the bowl cover also the reusable paper towel. It is a very nice store. It is pleasant to shop there. Also I know I have done something right for the environment. I do hope I can find 0 waste food stuff there too!

A wonderfully curated store filled with local treasures, well made home goods, and ethically and sustainable made cleaning and personal care items. A must visit for out of towners, gift givers, and those hoping to make some clean and eco changes to their lives. Karlee and her staff are all a delight to visit with and have much knowledge on their products. Are you apprehensive about making a swap to an eco/clean product? Try a small amount from the refillery!

Stopped in at The Alternative during a very busy holiday season and the staff was so friendly and attentive! I was able to get so much of my holiday shopping done there with their amazing product selection. They also make being eco-friendly more accessible and encourage you to just start small! Feels very inclusive and comfortable when you are new to eco-friendly products and just starting to focus on reducing your waste! I can't recommend this store enough - truly a gem in Regina!

Absolutely love this place. We live 2 hours away, so we order home decorations, cleaning supplies, and reusable pads online. Everything we’ve ordered has been amazing quality and reasonably priced. Keep an eye out for their seasonal changes on Instagram, their fall goodies have been my favourite so far.
