I had a amazing customer service and the result of the engraving was 10/10.This place is owned by a brother and sister team. Both are friendly and highly knowledgeable of the products. They offer engravings on various materials and they also have various handmade items (designed by the sister made and by the brother) which were absolutely beautiful (jewelry box, cupcake stands, wedding invitations, etc).I wanted to get a stethoscope engraved as a gift for my cousin who graduated from nursing school and have been looking and calling various places but they either don't engrave stethoscopes due to the limited space they need for the engraving or they break it (according to reviews). I wish I can post picture of the finished product :(If you need to get engraving done as a gift or for yourself, this is the place. I went here to get a sentimental item engraved and I left completely satisfied with the finished product.I'll definitely go back to get all my engravings done but I'll also go back to have my husband buy me the jewelery box I saw on one of their shelves!

Asked for quite a complex item (QR code) on a tin that had a coating on it, and they still managed to make it look professional and work to share the coded info. Service was friendly, personable and cost effective. Will definitely be going back with more items and future gifts (this was an anniversary gift turned around in very little time.) Thank you!
