Never heard of the Trillium brand, so I decided to research and actually called the store. Sharon was so accommodating. She upgraded our power unit so we would have adequate suction for our rather large home. Received the product in 2 days. Quiet and strong, just as advertised!

We just built a house and these guys are local so we saw them in person! We got to test the power unit right in the store, and for its price, it beat out the other units we were looking at in terms of size and power. The warranty is great, and we really like that they will help us out if we ever need to use it! That's great customer service!!

Had a great experience dealing with Sam, he took the time to help us figure out which system would be the best for our home. We were able to take the unit home immediately and install it right away. And it works great. Good quality, service and price.

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. His installer came out and was very friendly and personable, upon giving us a quote. Although I was unable to make a commitment on the spot, due to the financial struggles of Covid, we will be going with them when the time is right.
