Girls were great but the place is dirty!!!

Professional, yet personable staff members.

I waited over 2 hours in a cramped over crowded waiting room. I'm not a big person but I was practically knee to knee with the person sitting opposite me. Person next to me was coughing constantly, another sneezing and blowing their nose. Needless to say I got a cold as a result! Staff was pleasant but not very thoughtful of the various disabled people waiting, asking them to come to the desk several times to confirm information that we could all hear anyway! So much for privacy! The whole area is too small for the number of patients it serves and there are not enough staff. Suggest a spill over into the main waiting area with a telecom so those waiting can hear their name being called as a short term solution to the cramped conditions. Also making face masks available for those with colds and coughs. Making an appointment too, though it doesn't help if you need a quick turn around for results as the appointments book more than a week ahead.

Short wait time and helpful staff, exxcept the Sian guy that attended to me the last time I was there.

Got there right when it opened, and was in and out in five minutes. I am also quite fearful of needles, and I have to say it was the easiest blood draw I've ever had.

Not many people to do blood test in the early morning on Monday.
