I'm sitting here wondering why everyone else's review is absolutely positive are the reviews even real? My experience has been different dealing with this company. My wife ordered a catalytic converter on May 6 for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Here it is the 20th and it hasn't been shipped yet basically an entire month with out our part an entire month of public transportation meanwhile we have a vehicle we just can't use it because we haven't received the part ordered. We're constantly sending emails and it's the same story, apology after apology with no results. They offered to refund us but it's not the refund we want. We just want to conduct buissness as expected. We paid for a product so we expect our delivery .This has been an inconvenient experience and costly being that we have no choice but to use public transportation to get to work.

Currently enjoying using Premier Performance for a variety of needs from winter tire packages to any of the accessories required. Would highly recommend !!
