By the time someone came out to talk to me about why I was there it didn't take long for them to change and balance my tires my appointment was for 2 and I waited till maybe 2:20 before I was processed

My go-to place for my Kia's repairs. Prices are very sensible for the 3 services I've taken it there for and they go out of my way to keep me happy.

Had a part fix there reasonable caring family work well as a family smiles lol n jokes you dont find many family shops that work well but this family is old school straight forward.Thank you folks for making my baby run well again.

I went to west end motors to get my brakes, rotors and pads fixed on my Jeep,unfortunately when I got there to pick it up, they had all the brake signal lights on. And the brakes were not working what so ever.I had three small children in the car with meAnd the owner him self (Allen) sat in the Jeep and tried to tell me it was safe to drive.I could not stop this Jeep at all! How can someone be so inconsiderate about children’s life. Or anyone’s at that!Please be more professional, you could have killed three innocent children from you being incompetent of your work.

I have been a customer for years. Excellent service every time. Nothing has ever happened over the years to make me consider a different garage. You will not be disappointed.

What a disappointment. Over paid for this guy to tell me he wasn't sure if he fixed the problem. My SUV Tiguan broke down same day after leaving. Waste of time and money. Surprisingly, I was recommended this place, but I guess if you're not buddy buddy with him don't go here. I took it to another shop and they fixed it for cheaper than this clown!

Unbelievable that a human being, let alone a “mechanic” let someone leave the shop knowing a tire valve is BROKEN. I trusted this auto shop to be able to put a purchased tire on a rim. Easily done and was very appreciative, until I get 20 mins away and the tire is already flat. Give it the benefit of the doubt and get the car to Kingston, which didn’t even make it.. the tire flat and almost flew off the rim - which could have literally killed me. Got to Canadian tire whom was appalled that a mechanic would let someone leave the shop like that and that this would be easily noticed when checking tire pressure. They had to stay passed hours to fix this mistake.Needless to say, if you value your life - do not go to this garage. Disgusting that all it took was for one “mechanic” to say your valve needs to be replaced. But instead, take the lazy route and allowing someone to leave their shop. Shame on you.I agree with the person with the 1 star review saying they put their families life endanger, as they almost did mine.

Hollie Boyd brought her Jeep to my shop West End Motors to have rear brake rotors and pads installed.She brought her own parts and as I was installing them I noticed that there was very little wrong with them.Some people diagnose their own problem.On some Jeep models when working on rear brakes you have to push a computer button to release the electric parking brake.After the work is done another computer button should put it back to normal which did not happen. (computer glitch).I drove the car repeating this process over and over again but the parking brake light was still flashing.(nothing to do with the normal brake system).I told her about this problem and said I would do some research on it.The next day Hollie drove her car to the shop hollering that her brakes failed and that I was trying to murder her children.She was screeching so loud (karen) I was afraid the neighbours would call 911.I reached in my pocket and handed her all the cash I had (several hundred dollars) just to make it stop. Later I found ouy from the owner of the repair shop that repaired Hollie s car that the original problem was the vacuum power brake booster and he explained to her that there was nothing wrong with the rear brakes.To this day she has not returned my money or appologized.
