I have no experience with import/ export and I fully trusted this company to help me go through all importing and custom process. They informed that I needed some special documentations which were going to cost around $1650. I had a funny feeling about it and just before I gave my credit card information, I called around and did my own research. Turned out I did NOT need these documentations at all. When I informed that they were wrong, they got very defensive and spoke to me like I was an idiot. In the end, they were completely wrong and did not even apologize. Very unprofessional and I do not believe they know what they are doing.
