Oresta and beebee were extremely rude and treated us like we were idiots. It took them three days to figure out our simple taxes and took them over an hour to figure out our payment. Will definitely not go back.

I will never use H&R Block again. I took my taxes to them because I do not have the time to do them myself and I was hoping that, since they are the experts, they would save me money. I took them my information on Monday, April 22. On Tuesday, April 30 I had not received a call. Since it was the deadline I decided I better call them. They had not started them yet. I was told to come in at 8:15pm. My return was not ready. I did not get out of there until 10:30. Next year I will do my own. It will be quicker and I will not have to pay someone else.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Bindi has zero clue what she is doing nor does Robert. How these people are allowed to file taxes is beyond me as I had to rectify their mistakes with the CRA myself!! Clueless!!!

Great experience with Dahria Franks, she was incredibly efficient, personable and accommodating. Fantastic tax preparation and a very relaxed and friendly environment. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Worst experience I have ever had in the 40 years of filing my income taxes! The receptionist was rude. The tax preparer was incompetent. We had to leave at one point and wait for a phone call to come back! All we had was a basic tax return. 5 simple slips! Nothing complicated! At the end, we both had to pay an unusual high amount. Over $350.00!!!!! The least they could have done was give us a discount! Names were misspelled. When we returned home, there were two errors! Avoid this place at all costs!

HR Block service was very good, we are very happy with the outcome and how easy was everything considering that this was our first time filing taxes. Our Tax- Professional Jackelynne Acosta is an excellent person, full of knowledge, very kind and Helpful, we felt very comfortable with her assistance. Definitely I would use HR Block Services Again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I called ahead to book a 1230pm appointment on Saturday March 9th and Yvonne took all of my information and confirmed the appointment. When I went in at 1220, early, she had no idea who I was and attempted to squeeze me in asking if I was willing to wait 20 minutes. I agreed however after being ignored for 40 minutes while the receptionist, Yvonne, was no where to be seen I started to become annoyed. At this point a 1pm appointment came in and they were helped before me! I told Yvonne to cancel my forgotten appointment to which she said Okay

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a client of H&R block for several years now and i will never be coming back. As someone with limited income, I asked the receptionist what it would cost to file my taxes with them and she gave an estimate of $80 to $100. Had H&R honored that price, i would have zero complaints. I was then given a service fee of $160! They didn't offer to do anything regarding this situation and as such, I will never be coming back and I will inform every person I know regarding the terrible experience I had at this branch.
