The prices r definitely high, and some not. I like to get my money's worth so diffently not my last place I'd shop, and the amounts of stuff wouldn't doubt you be able to find what your looking for.

I'll be honest it has a great selection of Arts supplies and crafts supplies but most of the stuff in this place is over priced. I got the flowers for my bouquet here. The flowers looked and felt real and it was awesome but close to 70$ for the bouquet alone. Wish I had a better photo of the bouquet up close. I still have it somewhere it held up pretty well. The purple started to bleed on the white flowers a little bit.

Took 5 hours to get my curbside pick up after placing my order... The curbside pick up shouldn't be this unorganized. I don't know if it's just this store or if they were just way too busy but it was pretty ridiculous...

Lots of good quality crafting supplies. Staff is helpful, prices are fair for quality. They have supplies for sketching, painting, ty-dye, crochet/knitting, photo albums, etc...

I do enjoy coming here. Staff are super helpful, and 98,% of the time, I'm able to find exactly what I'm looking for and exit the store within 5 minutes.They offer a discount to many people, including military and teachers.

I ordered some paints for curbside pick up on the app. It was super easy to navigate the app, and within an hour of placing my order I drove in to pick it up. The staff were so friendly when I called in and had my order ready in their pick up bin right away. I will definitely be coming back for my craft supplies

Sales lady was pretty abrupt. She didn't offer any to check before telling me a coupon would work but then seemed to blame me when it couldn't be applied to an every day low price"... $24.99 for a Fingerling is not a low price!"

Very rude lady I believe to be the manager is very invasive and annoying. I am your typical 9-5 father of three dress well went there with my daughter because she chose to get art supplies as part of her birthday present yet she chooses to follow me around like a lost dog almost trying to hurry me up out of the store. Will never go back unless my beautiful daughter insists we do or until she's no longer employed there

The staff at the Brandon Michaels are always friendly and very helpful.And the store is always well organized, clean and uncluttered, making shopping much easier.The custom framing department is the only place we trust with our artwork.And Michaels offers both Military and Teachers discounts.
