Couldn’t have had a better experience!Jason scheduled the appointment in 3 days from my call and Chandler completed the inspection which included a very detailed report with several pictures. Chandler was professional, easy to communicate with and very patient. He answered all our questions on site and also said to call or text if we had any other questions.

This was the best inspection experience I've had and the third home I've purchased. Chandler was patient and kind with my excitement and questions about systems that I had no experience with (well and septic). He was thorough and even found evidence of a previous fire that the current homeowner and previous owner before them were supposedly unaware of. This is the kind of service needed nation wide!

Chandler came recommended and now I understand why. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. He gave me very useful information. I was sad at how long I had to wait to get an appointment but it was well worth it. He took his time and didn't rush anything. Chandler is absolutely 5 stars!
