There’s this dude there that has to be on of the happiest people with the best customer service. His name is Chris! He found a better recommendation with my provider and additional pieces I hadn’t considered to save me money and keep the services I like. On top of that he made sure my screen got installed perfectly and got my phone set up. And he did it all with a smile. At least that’s what he said was under his mask!

Sam is very friendly and she helped us get a new device without any problem. She gave us a good deal with our new phone accessories.Sam gave us adviced how to transfer your old photos to our new device. I am a very happy costumer. I will look for her everytime I will get a new device.

Zero would be much justified for them. They messed up my number and linked it with someone else’s profile. They don’t even bother to solve the problem. It took 3 months for them to do so. And now by their own choice they changed my plan. When asked to change back, again no solution. They will just keep saying that we have escalated your issue. When called at the store, the guy spoke so rudely and said not to call back again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there until and unless you need useless problems in your life. Thanks TBooth wireless and Samriti for such bad service.

My family and I have been getting our phones from Chris for as long as I can remember, even before he started working at Tbooth here at Willowbrook and he's honestly so great! Recently visited him at this Tbooth location to get the iPhone 11 and it was a great experience! Great deals and great customer service! Him and his staff are super helpful and they're also really knowledgable about their products. It's a great environment to be in and everyone is really positive to be around so that's a big plus! They always have great accessories like cases and screen protectors which is really convenient when you're getting a new device. I highly recommend checking this place out!
