Amazing service! My mother had a hip replacement surgery on Monday and was released from Hospital on Thursday.I never used this service before, but we were completely dependent. I cannot thank them enough - we were absolutely thrilled by the quality of the service and attention to care. My Mom was transported from her hospital room to her home including all bags and flowers on time and without complications.I highly recommend this service and was touched by their attention to the patient's needs after surgery.Thank you!!!

Absolutely terrible. Was told needed to book 24 hours in advance, not able to accommodate. Tried to walk to our destination, got lost. Call again and he says he will send someone asap. Wait for 45 minutes, no one shows. Call back, he says someone is coming in 15 minutes. Someone comes and the ride is 5 minutes, for $35. Disgusting.Booked our rides for the next day. 1030 in the morning, wait for the driver until 10:50 before we gave up and walked. Driver calls at 11:06.Took two more rides that were on time, $25 each for what would cost no more than $7 in a normal cab.Last ride, again taxi is late and we needed to be at the train station. Managed to get into a regular cab and paid $7 for what was going to cost us $25. This is disgusting and completely disrespectful to people living with disabilities. The person I was supporting had his own wheelchair and did not need assistance. I'm q restraint trained and could have strapped him in myself, not difficult.This taxi company rips people with disabilities off. We are from Ontario, and must say that Quebec has a long way come in respecting and providing services for those living with disabilities.The drivers were all very nice, the only caveat. Would not use in the future, will figure out another option ahead of time.

I cannot believe that I am trying and trying to make an appointment and 3 days ago I called to schedule for Friday (return after surgery), they told me call a day before. My husband called in the morning...they say call after 2 PM... than I called after 2pm ... and Madame I cannot take your appointment for tomorrow

Transporting my brother to and from dialysis, from his rssidence. That started out good. Now they don't pick up brother up at scheduled times on both ends. I have left messages with person in charge numerous times and he never calls back. Dualsis us already an exhausting process. But when you add sitting around waiting to be pick up, it makes it even worse. Very poor, inadequate service. If there was another, better option, I would drop them so fast.

Called to receive service for my mom. They asked how many stairs, I mentioned that we need two people as we are on a second floor and the stairs are very high,and also, I mentioned that last time they sent only one driver with no help. This time they did the same! You there charging for 200 dollars and you are able to afford to pay for helpers???? That's insane! My mom refused to be transferred by one person (she is diabetic person and we all know how difficult their wounds are healing, it is very dangerous for her to get injured, she is an amputee also ) So only after she refused to be lifting by one person, only then he called for help! My mom had an appointment with a vascular doctor! Of course it is an extra time, stress! On the way back we were waiting for 3 hours! He came alone again lol We was waiting again for help! There was two more people in the car!! So when helper came, they left those two people in the car alone, is it ok? Thanks god my landlord has a camera on the building, everything is recorded! So much stress and the most cruel was how the administration talked to me! Madam! No emotions! He was the fourth person I was explaining to of what's happening!What's the point to ask how many stairs we have, if you send only one person?! People, who ever see this message and you experienced the same, please, contact me, I prep documents to send to the court! I will first contact claim service, because when I called them to make reservation for the next week, they kept transferring me between each other and never answered to take the reservation! And also they refused to give me receipt saying they will send it by email! Never did! All the conversations had been recorded! We have to help people to make a proper service!

I used Van Medic's service yesterday to schedule the pick-up of my mom from the hospital. She's wheel-chair bound, and we normally use STM's adapted transport, but they were completely booked. I had to Google search for a local service and to be honest I was not encouraged by all the poor reviews for the local taxi services. I called a few places and they could not help (too busy) before I called Van Medic. The dispatcher was polite and professional, he said he'd take my reservation for same day service but advised me that there could be a wait-time of up to three hours from the scheduled time. I accepted because I had no other options, I needed transport in a hurry because of the coming snowstorm. The appointment was booked for 4pm. The driver Nadil showed up at about 4:15 thankfully and from the moment he met us he provided very courteous and professional service. The ride home for my mom was very pleasant. When we arrived we discovered my mom's wheelchair elevator was not working. Nadil had no problem helping me lift my mom and her chair up a couple of steps into the entrance. Just goes to show that people make the difference! Thanks Van Medic and especially Nadil for your excellent service!

Used their service after my surgery to take me from the clinic to the hotel. They were on time and accommodating. We booked them again a few days later to bring us from the hotel to the airport. The booked time of 2 pm came and went. We called and they said the driver would be there in 20 min. That came and went. Now 2:45 pm and we called them again and said we need to get to the airport and they promised the driver would be there in 10 min for sure. 25 min later we gave up and ordered an Uber XL. The medi-van then shows up 3 min after we ordered the Uber. The driver blames it on the traffic. Yet there was never a call to us to let us know when he'd be there. He was 1.5 hrs late. Because you have to pay for the uber when you order it, I had to tell the medi-van driver thanks but no thanks.

Horrible service. I was using this company to get my elderly grandmother to appointments. I called the new reservation number this week to make a reservation and the agent kept saying call back later. Finally I asked them why and he shouted because we're busy working" and then hung up.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!"
