Canada Post

I recognize that Canada post locations are a bit unpredictable, which likely makes them hard to properly staff. With that in mind, although there is frequently a wait here, I don’t think it’s the end of the world. They are reasonably efficient, but not as efficient as they could be. More than a handful of times I’ve been greeted by the same person who truthfully shouldn’t be working in customer service. She seems miserable, has 0 interest in answering questions and seems to be very inconvenienced by anyone speaking to her.The others are OK, but don’t seem to receive full or proper training before being left alone. I’ve watched a newer gentleman struggle through very simple transactions with nobody to ask for help. One time, I was told “I don’t know how to do that” after I waited in line and also had a relatively simple transaction. He didn’t offer to find out until I asked him to check with someone else - he placed a phone call and figured it out. He was apologetic, but he wasn’t trained well enough to be on his own.

Get this guy working the post office a job he can be proficient at. 20 minutes for 5 customers doing routine parcels. Unacceptable

This is one the most poorly managed locations in Vaughan. Avoid at all costs. Walked in at 4:48pm to drop off 3 pre-paid packages. There was a person ahead of me with 6 packages to ship. No problem she was there first. However it took the clerk, Vincenzo a while to process. We approached 5pm and he started telling everyone we are closed and we can no longer do any transactions. Are you kidding me? I was on-time and just had to drop off prepaid packages. At 4:53 I even asked if I could leave it with him and he said no - government rules. Then at 5pm he also said government rules say we can't do anything after 5. Too bad too sad. Unbelievable. I asked him why didnt you tell me since I was next in line?" All he said was "I have nothing to say to you. Talk to my manager on Monday." Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced."

Been going once a month for a few years. It’s alright, nothing special. Quite slow and often staffed by the same 1 person. But not that bad.

I am very content with this Canada post location. The staff are knowledgeable and make quick work of the lineups. If the customers are prepared, it's all straight forward stuff. This is a much better location than my previous downtown CP

Attitude from cust rep over a simple requesr. Not my problem they only have one staff member. Canada post needs to do a better job at actually staffing locations. Or we just get rid of them entirely.

Slow, understaffed. 1 person to service 20 people in the line. It’s so slow that at 3:30 the single employee had to stop new people from getting in line. Beyond ridiculous.

I had learned a lot working with Pat and her team, taught me the importance of patience and be meticulous in handling customers package. Whether it was for paid service or returns.

Today was my first comming on the weekend to this canada post location for shoppers I wasn't aware that the time were different for the weekend so I arrived at 9 45 am and waited until 9 55 am for assistant the clerk helped me 5 mins before opening was greatly appreciated now I know
