We rented room #9 on a Saturday night and had a blast! It was easy to select songs and build a playlist for karaoke and the room we were in was nice. The mic’s died a couple of times and the servers couldn’t keep up with the drinks orders but otherwise it was a great experience. We will be back!

Should only require a $500 deposit for folks more than 5 guests each room or if drinking alcohol.Great staff.Awesome rooms and sound equipment. Need to fix song selection ie: Some songs are present but not organized so it's a little hard to find unless you know the title.Huge selection of foods/snacks and drinks.

This our second time here. We brought a group of friends telling them how fun it was. We called to find out when last call was. We arrived. It was dead on a Friday night. All the wifi was out for hours. I wish they would have told us when called! So no karaoke rooms. We asked for loonies to play games. They had no loonies. Asked for beer and they were shaking the keg spout to try and get some beer out. They all just hung out at the bar as if we weren’t there. Not sure if they are trying to have the restaurant closed down? We tried to spend money there. Hopefully this place can turn around. The karaoke rooms are fun and so are the games.

Great spot, have been here a few time and as always Madison is amazing and makes the night a wonderful experience! Make sure you ask for Madison to host your evening and you are in good hands!

This place tried to triple charge me for a single drink and deny it. I had to pull up my credit card statement and the bartender still denied it. Be careful because they will also try to over charge you assuming you won't notice; I was charged $20 for a $14 drink. Do not recommend.

We are just at the end of our session. We paid 100 for 2 hours.Which is what it says on the email. At the 2 hour mark they gave us a 10 min warning. Then came in and gave us a warning.And then after this they gave us an additional bill of 123 dollars.Which wasn't clearly advertised.Pretty disappointing...Alot of money for a room with 2 mics.Be careful booking here

The bouncers outside were rude and gave me extreme and unnecessary difficulty for me to get my group inside to the karaoke room. They need to work on how they talk to customers and their communication with their fellow staff.

Terrible service (WITH 18% tip automatically included). Server is there more as a supervisor for guests, not to host them. Management won’t accept complaints or feedback to improve their service but rather scold customers for attempting (As seen on the comments below). Food and drinks are outrageously overpriced for how they present and taste. Lastly, all the positive reviews seem to have been sponsored by/affiliated with management.Tldr: Just not worth it imo. So many vital factors of a successful business doesnt exist here.

Lots of games and things to do here. Karaoke rooms are private, ours had a washroom inside too which was convenient. We ordered drinks and food to our room. They even have call buttons and phones in the room to get service. We went in and out of our karaoke room to play the arcade games and beer pong out in the bar area. A fun place to go. The patio looks really nice, Will definitely check that out this summer!
