I called and inquired about some tax filing questions the lady hollered and yelled literally. Absolutely no phone etiquettes I am sticking to H&R block at least they have the decency to answer and speak to someone politely. Was totally taken aback awful tone of voice this occurred @6:08pm 5/4.. The greeter or receptionist is the first and last impression of the establishment and these guys are in lack of that immensely.

Very bad experience. Their price is different from all others in the city. And they didn't make it clear in the beginning. If ur price is different, you have to tell this before you start the transaction. Everybody in the city, taking 40 or 45 $, their price is 65 for onePerson or for 2 its155$ . Like Why ? Are you more special than others ? The ladies are very rude and unprofessional.

First they entered my DOB wrong in my taxes when I first filed with them in 2020. When confronted, the lady said that CRA will automatically not accept it if the DOB is wrong. I was a Newcomer then and believed them. Later on had to make sure its correct at CRA end. For filing 200-21, I gave my usual branch a call. The lady who did my taxes had already left but a gentleman said he is busy with clients and will call back but never did. Not going back.
