Downtown Radiology - Robson Sq. Imaging (RSI)

The technician refused to let me view my X ray images, unless I pay 40 CAD for a CD. This was odd since no one uses CDs these days, asked if she could load the CD on the machine there so I can see it and take a picture to send to my doctor. She seemed offended by it since it was still their machine and I'm not allowed to take a picture.. even though I paid 40 dollars for a CD.

They were so nice and quick. I walked in and did my X-ray for my upfront medical exam regarding PR ( immigration purpose). The front desk lady she speaks Farsi and English. Also she is so kind and helpful :)

The radiologist was extremely friendly and even prioritized sending my results within two days because of the upcoming doctor appointment I had.

Friendly & helpful receptionists and very quick for x-rays. Convenient location.

They are understaffed. Even though there was only one patient, I had to wait for about 20 minutes since there was a single employee taking care of all patients and reception. However, the only staff was pretty nice and patient although she was overloaded.

They really need to find another technician for their Robson downtown location. she is rude and she keep saying I can do this or I cant do that because it's protocol. it's not a protocol!!! you are saying that because you dont wanna do anything. I am just wondering who hired her in the first place.

Just visited this lab with my Mom. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. X-ray took only a couple of minutes. Thank you guys!

Unfortunately, the receptionist on Oct21/22; needed to treat others in a more respectful way; i don’t know how many people are working there as receptionists, but the one i met was speaking farsi, which is an advantage, but she was speaking in a rude and harsh way. The technician was very kind and respectful, and the good thing is that the wait time was rational, but i came out disappointed. Sorry! Your receptionists need to practice having emotional labour with the patients and clients, if you are looking to make positive impacts to attract more people to your clinic, then help or guide your receptionists to treat EVERYONE with positivity,smile and kindness.

Sure they'll take your x-ray then ask for $40 if you even want to see the pictures. Terrible service. Poor communication from staff. I do not recommend.

On the website their hours are 9 to 4. At the door it is 9 to 12. Poor service. Can't even get their hours correct.
