Great customer service and communication. Arrived on time for every appointment and was very knowledgeable about the product. Counters were measured with laser precision, no need for grinding or altering to make them fit at installation. They went in like a glove! Solid piece of quarts, no building them up to appear thicker. Highly satisfied and would recommend them for your job!

The purchase and installation of a new laundry room counter top and sink. Great selection of quartz and granite slabs, accommodating customer service, accurate in home measurement, professional installation and very competitive price. The entire process was an excellent experience. Our new laundry room counter and sink look beautiful. We would highly recommend Counter Reactions for all stone counter top requirements.

Recently got quartz countertops installed and loved our experience with Counter Reactions. Karen was very quick to respond to emails, and very patient while we sifted through samples to find the best fit. The install process was quick and efficient, and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Every bit of my experience at Counter Reactions was amazing. The staff were incredibly patient with the long time it took to make my decision. I did lots of price comparisons and they were on par with everywhere else I looked, but the service was unbeatable. The appointment to get my cabinets measured was lightning quick and the installation was reasonably fast as well. At the time of instillation they were in and out in half an hour and did a beautiful job. Absolutely zero complaints.
