I needed to have my Vertical Platform Lift removed and transported to another site. The original supplier/installer of the lift WASN’T interested in the job. Claimed they don’t ‘deal with’ used equipment, even if they originally installed and sold it. Contacted numerous companies in the Lower Mainland and got the same kind of response. They’re all happy to sell and install a new lift but weren’t interested in used.The new recipient found Next Level Mobility and several amazing things happened.1 they were willing to do the job2 they were willing to fit this job in on short notice and a tight time line.3 they showed up when they said they would4 they completed the job on time, as promised and properly.I’ve lived through 5 Reno’s in the past 20 years and 2 of those in the past 18 Covid months so I’ve seen my project manager deal with trades and specialist companies making promises and not delivering. Covid this Covid that , excuses for mismanagement in a lot of cases , so to have Next Level Mobility deliver as promised - priceless.They get my 5 star rating and my endorsement. An honest trade provider offering a service the BIG companies couldn’t care about.Thank you Ross.

We had Ross from Next Level Mobility Lift come and install a chairlift in our house. He was very knowledgeable and went to work and in a few short hours we had a chairlift. He had us test it before he left and made some minor adjustments so that it was totally satisfactory to us. I would highly recommend Ross from Next Level Mobility Lift to anyone looking for a chairlift. He was prompt, efficient and very personable. Job well done.
