I've been seeing Jen for facials for a while now and can only say great things. She's honest, professional, kind and makes all treatments very comfortable. Every facial I've gotten has been personalized to my needs which I appreciate. Very clean environment and great products in which most she makes herself!

I am so happy that I found Jen and her business. It started off with Brazilian waxes and I had an immediate comfort in her company and professionalism. She makes sure that the customer is cared for and always feels comfortable. We are now adding some IPL facials into the mix and she takes the time to explain the entire process, what is happening within the layers of skin, making sure everything is okay and what to expect afterwards.

Jen is simply amazing at all services I have had…I started with waxing, then moved on to adding Brazilian waxing and now have moved on to laser treatments. Her prices are more than decent, she has regular specials and groupons from time to time. She is funny, relaxing and very efficient/professional. Highly recommend Stay Gold Spa!

I have very truthfully never received better service in my life! I have gotten facials and laser treatments and have been impressed with every service I have received. I will continue to see Jen not only for the amazing work she does but also for the incredible experience every time I go there. It’s so wonderful to meet people that are so passionate and knowledgeable about their professions and Jen is just that! I would recommend Stay Gold to anyone, any day!

Visited this spa for the first time today and my experience was amazing. I have been to other establishments and it has been okay, but I had no idea a wax could be this comfortable. Kathleen is amazing and I would have never known she was new if she didn’t mention it. I appreciate how she explained everything she was doing every step of the way and made the parts of a wax that can be awkward very comfortable and we even got to laugh at the moments that are usually uncomfortable. Can’t wait to come back for my waxes on a regular basis and even try out some new services now that I’m looking at their menu. Whether it’s your first wax or your 100th, highly recommend you go see Kathleen!!

I wanted to stay in St Albert. It was easy to book online. Pricing was easy to understand and reasonable. The Spa has a great aesthetic vibe and is clean. Jennifer is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I am definitely recommending this Spa to my friends.
