The staff is horrible and this store keeps going downhill. No one wants to help customers and the girls are rude. Wont be back to this location!

Their prices are reasonable, but be sure to wait for some of their great weekend door crashers sales before gearing up! They also have a great selection of clothes for those looking to exhibit a fashionable vibe. Thanking Kaylee for her excellent customer service!

Not very please with selection of women's oilfield work clothes. Between Drayton Valley, and Leduc they had nothing for me other than men's work wear to purchase, which I didn't.

Me and my girl freind were checking out some new carharrt hats and one of the workers took it upon her self to hover and make sure we weren't stealing anything didint ask us if we needed help just stopped what she was doing to walk over and hover I had asked her one question about coveralls earlier but nothing since I had items waiting for me at the counter feeling judged and like a criminal I just paid for my boots and left i will never shop at this location again, also to mention the lady who helped me find my boots was awesome like so good freindly and very helpful as well as knowledgeable.

A standard Marks, I went in to purchase some safety shoes and Wayne in that area was excellent. Honest and knowledgeable.

Went to exchange a pair of boot for a half size smaller and since i wore them 1 day at the shop I work at this voids their return policy. Which seams like a bit of a stretch but fine. Either way, the girl at the front desk was going to get the store manager because the boots are so close to being new but had a bit of shop dirt on the soles and maby she would say it fine i can return them. While i was waiting some other store associate decided to get involved for no reason . All i said to her was i just dont understand the return policy fully because it says..........well thats all i could say before she cut me off and says ill tell you what it says" goes on to read a sign at the till word for word and was super rude about it . I wasnt being rude at all and i was just trying to understand their policy. they must get some pretty angry people in there store because as soon as i started to ask questions to try to get a full explination that one lady was not having it

Always love the selection at Marks, it was a bit disappointing that they dont offer duty boots in store just online. This location has a great pet selection.

Great place to shop! The staff are friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you are looking for at this store, they know which Mark's has it. Good quality clothing. I really like how they provide the $30.00 coupons to come and shop at a later time.

My Husband buys all his clothes from Marks. They have really transformed their store over the years.
