This company is an Uhaul agent. Upon returning a rental cargo van, I was overcharged $14 plus tax for fuel! I returned the van filled with more fuel than the beginning of my trip. Upon inquiry from them, I was told, “call the customer service, the guy who checked the van may have been sleepy in the morning!” They not only did not own up to their own mistake, but lie in your face! Terrible experience. Wait time to talk to Uhaul customer service, over an hour. So, I emailed the emails provided, no response as yet! Pictures of pickup and drop off are attached! Never again, I will rent from these people!

Super terrible place, booked a U-Haul and a hand truck, the agent said hand truck was not provided , and he was super rude and his tone and facial expression was like saying I did something and stupid. Avoid this place
