Just was at mcdons. Ordered a big mac combo & i wanted to try a single chicken big mac as that was new, otherwise - just a mcdouble for me.So when i got home i opened the box for the chicken big mac and it was BEEF. which is not what i ordered and was more expensive than a mcdouble. Once again, workers need to communicate if you dont have any chicken left.This just wasnt the point. Pretty blatant to just pretend to have it…….

Served ice cold food TWICE!Pulled in for breakfast and the burritos were fairly stale and room temperature at best. I circled back and asked them for two fresh ones because these ones were cold. They were polite and came back with two new burritos which felt warm on the outside, but when I bit into them they were LITERALLY FROZEN SOLID!I have serious concerns about the food handling safety knowledge of the staff and management at this location if they can’t even microwave something properly. Management refused to come out of the office to address any of these concerns. The floor supervisor did what he could very politely to issue a refund and apologized. At least the staff were friendly but I wouldn’t eat here if you can avoid it.Obviously management wasn’t concerned enough to even speak with me, as the floor supervisor said they were ‘too busy’. I’m guessing that’s also the reason that the staff can’t microwave a burrito properly or correct improperly cooked food.

Shout out to the drive through staff tonight. Just ordered a large double big Mac meal and the young lad at the cash window had the best service I've ever had at a McDonald's and the lady serving me was amazing as well! Kudos to those 2! They deserve a raise! From the bearded tattooed guy in drive through at 10ish they kept staring and smiling at! Amazing job guys!

Just at McDonald’s after church at 10pm. I have been having a medical issue and have been sipping milkshakes to help me. Ordered a milkshake at the drive thru and would not take my order, they do not serve milkshakes at that time, I explained I had a medical issue and would she please take the order. No way! Can serve breakfast 24 hours a day, but can’t serve a milkshake! Thanks for nothing McDonald’s.

Well, last time I go here. I know the odd mistake happens and I get that, but this isn't the first time here.My big Mac was missing a bun, no sauce, and lettuce dumped in the box and burger put on top. My wife's quarter pounder was missing its top bun, and had no condiments on it- literally bottom bun and burger patty. I'll save my $25.68 and just make my own food next time, at least it'll be edible!

Not very impressed with this location. Hair in my cheeseburger. Hair net on the seat that I had to push onto the floor as all the other tables were so dirty. The guy called me a loser when I was ordering. Rude customer service.

Just purchased 4 Small McFlurrys for $15.21. All 4 had a super small amount of topping sprinkled on the top and nothing else through to the bottom. UNREAL!!
