Picked up my daughter's birthday cake that was made incorrectly. Lady shrugs it off and says it's because she's making multiple cakes at once, no apology and then tells us if we wait 20 minutes she'll remake it if we want. I say no because we are crunched for time and trying to prepare for her party. We get charged full price for cake? Wow. Just bad customer service. Read your directions and do something to make the situation right.

Frankly it's over priced. Same food you can get at no frills, which is the same company, but everything is way more expensive. Sure, back in the day, you used to get a little more things here, like bagged groceries, but now it feels the same as a no frills. Only here you can buy and overpriced starbucks drink and look at some clothes. I don't see the value in shopping here or the extra money you pay on identical products.

I was just in the store at 8:30pm to 8:50pm on Monday June 5th 2023!There was an elderly gentleman in front of me and the cashiers from both the self checkout lane and from the register I was at made sure to be patient and even helped the gentleman out !! It was a beautiful thing to see! Way to go ladies!!

This is the main place where I do groceries. They always have good sales going on and very often you can find things for 50% off. Top it up with PC Optimum and Price Matching. You can save a lot of money!

Not a fan of Loblaws. Mediocre and expensive produce, unpleasant shopping experience. Prefer Farm Boy, Costco, Food Basics, Bearances...anything else really, it's my last place to go for shopping despite being one of the closest to my home. You can do better going just about anywhere else. Also, Galen Weston shouldn't appear in ads, not doing himself any favours.

Ive been shopping here for years they have a lot of stuff others don't always clean never have to wait in line more than 5 min unlike no frills you could stand in line for a half an hour there
