I have been seeing Dr.Oram and his staff (hygienists) for over 30 years (including at their previous location). They have always been very professional and courteous, and are are excellent at what they do. Highly recommended :)

Dr Karavos was very generous and helpful with my dad who is 95. Helped me carry him up two flights of stairs when elevator was broken. Didn't even charge my dad for the workm It was a quick job yet we were very touched by Dr Karavos' helpfulness. Thank you.

Staff is super friendly, very accommodating and the dentists are great. Had a wisdom tooth extraction recently and I didn’t even know my tooth was out. Absolutely phenomenal team working here.

I would be a little cautious before visiting this office. I recently had a terrible experience with some staff and the service and I left very disappointed. I booked an appointment with the receptionist, Sophie, she was great. I went in for a full cleaning and some X-rays. When I arrived, the hygienist looked at my teeth and said she would be able to perform a full cleaning in one sitting. Half way through and after the X-rays were done she said she had to leave by 2pm and wasn’t able to finish the cleaning and I would have to come back. I paid the full amount for cleaning, called in to reschedule my second appointment and was told that I’d be charged for the second appointment. I spoke with the hygienist over the phone and she started becoming defensive with me saying she would’ve never said she would finish the cleaning in one sitting and my teeth were not in good shape. After that, I cancelled my next appointment. Hardly do I ever come across such unprofessional people, especially in a medical office. She quickly jumped to the blame game and decided to put all the fault on me. Just goes to show they’re willing to sacrifice reputation for profits.
