I drove up from London and bought a gently used 2017 Tundra. I got a fair price for my trade and it was a no pressure transaction. I would suggest Race Toyota to anyone, I will never buy from the London dealerships again. Pressure Pressure Pressure.

I talked to a sales person this morning who was really short and rude. I didn’t feel like he wanted to sell me a truck at all. Seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. Probably try another dealer. I have talked to a few in proximity to this one recently with much better service at sales.

I have had multiple extremely positive experiences at Race Toyota when going in to get regular maintenance/repairs on my vehicle. Jennifer from the service department is incredible to work with and always has your best interest in mind. I also recently bought the vehicle I was leasing and the transition was smooth and painless. I highly recommend visiting Race Toyota - they're great!

My wife and I both have 2022 Toyotas. I went in for the first service on my new Highlander. Also a quick warranty check on a squeaky defective mirror. Gerry diagnosed the problem in minutes.Quick, friendly service. All done in about 2 hours. I will go here again.

I visited Race Toyota and ended up leaving with a new to me 2016 4 runner limited. The sales process was flawless and had zero pressure. The financing process with Amanda was easy with great customer service. The detailing of the vehicle was also top-notch. The one hour walk-through with both Dave and Jeff was amazing. My new vehicle has so many features that I was unaware of, they both took the time and did a complete walk-through including hooking up my telephone, putting in my speed dial‘s, phonebook entries and setting up my navigation system. I also work at a dealership and I thought I was the king of customer service. I have passed my crown to Dave and his staff at Race Toyota. A class act that can’t be beat. absolutely the worst service imaginable.waiting area is in their cold shop which the big bay door is constantly opening.they left my window wide open in the parking lot while I waited for my bill,when asked why they put the other customers windows up they said because it may rain. so why were mine left down?no complimentary coffee, no car wash.the washer fluid wasn't even topped up.this is what the gold package covers?was my oil change even done?
