Les Appareils Ménagers Ti-Bo

This is the worst appliance service company I have ever had to deal with in my life ! They do not come fix your broken appliance under warranty and when you call the manufacturer they lie saying they tried to contact us which they never did. They do not follow up , they are a lying and deceiving business !

So far, so good. After a terrible experience with the first contractor (bad review coming), they took over some warranty work for Whirlpool and so far the experience has been very satisfactory. It is a family business and it was the father, Yvon, that showed up to do the work.He seemed experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and willing to explain what he was thinking and doing. Our conversation was in French, so I can't assess his English, but my wife says his son, Pierre-Luc, was perfectly bilingual. His wife, Carole, answers the company phone and takes care of office business.Yvon's work was quick and confident, he was careful with tools and parts on our new wooden floor. He explained what was done thoroughly and in plain language. So far, very satisfied with what they've done. It will take a few days to verify that the job is complete, i.e. the problem totally fixed. I will update my review at that later date.UPDATE - It turns out that the fridge had an irreparable leak in the walls of the unit. I am thankful to AM Ti-Bo for quickly coordinating a replacement with the manufacturer and the retail store we purchased it from. There are subtle ways an experienced serviceman can fast track" your request and increase your chances of approval and this is precisely what Yvon and Carole did for us. Thanks again to Ti-Bo

Excellent Service, Rapide, même durant le COVID et même si ils sont très occupé. Toujours eu du bon service. L'électronique c'est compliqué pis j'ai toujours eu l'heure juste. Je les recommandes.Merci

Il est passé fin octobre 2020 pour un problème de réfrigérateur. Il dit connaître le problème et va commander la pièce et que ça peut prendre quelques mois. Nous sommes en pandémie et confinement donc je suis très patiente et rappelle en mars. Laisser un message et pas de retour d’appel. Je rappelle cette semaine et toujours pas de retours d’appels. Quelle manque de professionnalisme.

Il est venu pour réparer mon réfrigérateur. Il a changé la carte électronique pour un problème de dégivrage, me voilà 2 semaines plus tard avec le même problème. 300$ à l'eau.

On m'a expliqué en détail la problématique du four, on m'a également expliqué le fonctionnement de la garantie du fournisseur. Apres, j'ai été dirigé vers la compagnie jumelle, SERVICE PL qui leur appartient. Apres 2 mois d'attente pour la piece a réparer, j'ai décidé de la chercher moi-meme! Resultat: 1 semaine plus tard, elle arrivait chez moi... Pourquoi un délai de 2 mois pour cette compagnie???? tres décu du suivi.

Have used Ti-Bo services on more than 1 occasion. Always professional and very pleasant experience. Problems always solved and whenever possible under warranty! Excellent Service.

Very friendly and informative

They did a wonderful job at fixing my fridge - came when they said they would for the first visit and then discovered that the part that needed to be replaced was several hundred dollars less than what was originally ordered. Great Service and very Honest !!
