Brandon did a great job for us fixing our spa pump and coming over after hours. He showed up, checked over our system, gave us honest advise, and went above and beyond to make sure he got the spa up and running. Very impressed with his work, attitude and professionalism.I highly recommend Brandon.

If you are in need of a really good pool equipment maintenance man Brandon at Raintree Recreation is the guy you want to call. I am new to maintaining an inground pool and I am very pleased with the help he has given me. He is very knowledgable and reputable. It is an extremely busy time with pool season in full swing right now but Brandon has still made time to call and help me even if its after hours. That kind of service is very rare these days. If you need help with your pool equipment I would highly recommend Brandon.

Brandon has been servicing our pool for the past three years and we are extremely pleased with his service and professionalism. Instead of just ordering a new part for our heater he took the time and effort to fix the panel. We really appreciate his willingness to problem solve and repair rather than replace, as it has saved us hundreds of dollars. He is always responsive to our calls and texts and always let us know if he was going to be delayed.

After calling numerous pool companies and getting ridiculous quotes we got a hold of Brandon at Raintree recreation. His prices are great, he provided exceptional customer service and he is very informative. Not only did he do his job well but he also guided us through the process of maintaining our pool. We were overwhelmed with the thought of having to clean and maintain a pool never having owned one but he assured us he would be in touch until we feel confident. I can honestly say that Brandon is the nicest, most down to earth guy...I’ve met in a while.I wasn’t even sure if the hot tub could be winterized or shut down to save on electricity/chemicals while I was preparing for the sale of the house. I wanted to make sure that potential buyers knew the hot tub was in good working order even though It was drained.Brandon inspected all the equipment and mechanisms of the tub, drained it and removed the filters. He provided me with an inspection report for the new owners.He’s amazing and goes above and beyond the call of duty. What I found particularly impressive was his customer service and communication skills. This guy doesn’t just text you back when you have a question, he literally takes the time to call and connect. He juggles his schedule to accommodate yours.Brandon is the real deal people. Everyone needs a trustworthy, honest, approachable repair technician in their court. He’s the man! Brandon was v helpful in providing a lot of help to us to get started with our pool. He is a very genuine and reasonable person and provided us with the best advice. He is a very busy guy but did his very best to accommodate us. He is a hard-worker and does his best to help his clients. I would say just be persistent with Brandon and he will help you. He knows this business and is absolutely the right person to help with your pool needs. Keep up the great work Brandon.

Our pool heater thermostat quit one day before our big office party, Friday afternoon and no luck at any stores.I called Brandon and it so happened he had the part, walked me through the installation and saved the day!!Excellent service!! I would highly recommend!

I have been strung along for 7 months by Brandon. He has not honored his warranty on a spa pack that he said he would back that is not even a year old. He's only ever come out once in this time and has ditched me on six appointments without so much as a phone call.He also had me leave water in my hot tub during winter so he could inspect it. He never showed and now my tub has leaks from freezing.Every decision I've made to go with Brandon has resulted in disaster. My hot tub is ruined because of his advice and neglect. Each phone call results in him telling me that he's working to resolve my issue but he has never actually done anything at this point other than verify the spa pack he sold is broken.

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what I need to do to maintain my pool. As I had no idea where to begin. He showed up in a timely manner after I reached out to him for help, and fixed a leak and had the pool running great in no time.Highly recommend for any pool needs. I will for sure be using him as my go to guy in the future.

This company could improve it's after sales service. A major installation flaw caused a leak a few years later. Brandon was no help, I had to contact another pool company.
